Chris and Sarah Young manage cabins they would stay in themselves. They opened their own house in Camp Nelson in 2022, then took on other owners in Springville and Three Rivers — one house at a time.
CEO and founder
Chris has more than 17 years in service and consulting, and a bias toward meaningful connections. He entered the corporate world as a civil engineering consultant in 2015 and kept a real enthusiasm for real estate and these mountains.
Managing partner
Sarah brings a decade in film distribution and an MBA. She came into the business full-time with a creative eye and an operator’s patience. She treats each stay as part of someone’s treasured weekend — quiet woods or a family gathering.
It has been busy since. The portfolio grew one well-run home at a time, across the Southern Sierra, toward a boutique management company that still knows each house.
